I love this pancake mix. I have longed for the taste of pancakes like my mom used to make for us on Saturday morning. I have finally found a mix that tastes just like those pancakes. My husband and I enjoy pancakes on Saturday morning now, and sometimes guests that stay with us enjoy a wonderful breakfast too.
