Cabot Pepper Jack Light
Same fabulous Pepper Jack cheese- jalapeno peppers and half the fat. Spice up left-overs by melting on top.
This cheese has a wonderful flavor, distinctly Jack (Monterey Jack) with the addition of hot peppers. It's a real go-to in my kitchen, as we love Mexican and Southwestern cuisines. Slightly harder to melt than full-fat cheeses, but that's understandable.
By far my favorite cheese flavor. Use it in breakfast omelets, casseroles, taco night, etc. I will be back again and again to reorder! Thank you for making choices that my new lifestyle can enjoy every day.
This cheese is so flavorful. I add it to eggs, sandwichs, salads, burgers or eat it alone!
