Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
We visited Vermont two years ago and we took a side trip to visit Cabot Creamery where we sampled various (many) types of their cheeses. We immediately fell in love with it! Now, we give Cabot cheese boxes as Holiday gifts to family and friends, and we keep a wide supply on hand for when we entertain friends. No one is EVER disappointed! This is the best cheese we've found in the U.S., and it compares favorably with any cheese anywhere.

Great tasting. Horseradish is my family favorite. It's good on sandwiches and mixed in salads. Very good on crackers with my homemade honey mustard sauce.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I am a cheese - lovin fool. However, I have been a snobby cheese loving fool ever since I had cabot cheese for the first time on Thanksgiving day in 2001. Ever since, I compare all cheeses to Cabot. I cannot help it - it is THAT good. All of them. We eat it with a variety of foods, but my favorite is when my hubby and I take out Cabot Cheese, open a bottle of wine, and sit and play Uno, drink wine, and eat cheese. :) It's great!
