Aged a minimum of 5 years, expect a flavor like no other offering up an intense bite with a creamy mouthfeel. Like all Grafton Cheeses, this Extra Mature Cheddar is made from Unpasteurized Milk from local Vermont farms. Grafton Extra Mature is extremely versatile, and can be used for melted toppings to flavorful sauces to distinctive boards and pairs well with Cabernet Sauvignon or spicy Shiraz.
