Ingredients
•
1 cup maple syrup or 1 cup maple sugar
•
3 tbsp butter
•
3 beaten eggs
•
1 1/2 cup milk
•
8 sliced bread, cubed
Directions
Heat milk to scalding. add bread. Cool slightly. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Set dish in pan of hot water and put into a 350F oven and bake 40-50 minutes until set.
