Where's the Apple?

I was a little disappointed in the texture of the sausage. It was tougher and dryer than expected. I thought it was to have apple, but not prominent or even able to taste. Not all bad, just not what expected. Cookig within eggs or some form of casserole much improves the texture and moisture of the sausage
A cut above the best.

These are delicious and such a welcome change from beef or pork-based hot dogs. The chicken is tender and flavorful, not too smoked tasting. The sausages arrive fully cooked, so a quick drop on the grill or in a pan and you're good to go. These are also great, cut up and added to pasta dishes too. As hotdogs, we split them down the middle and grill them. Minor complaint is that the casing is a smidge too thick, but it wouldn't keep me from buying a again.

Served on a bun with mustard, served with potato salad & coleslaw. You can heat in the microwave & it turned out great. So tasty & seasoned to perfection. Even good pan fried with sunny side up eggs. Great forr breakfast, lunch & dinner.
