The BEST Cheddar i've ever tasted. I'm not a "cheese and cracker" fan by any means, i like my food cooked. Burgers, well done. Pizza, brown and bubbly, but this cheese i literally eat cut straight from the wheel, absolutely Amazing. My husband hates when i use it in my home made mac and cheese, but it truly makes it delicious! Don't change a thing!
