I always order from Dakin, and last time I called, the guy on the line and I chatted up for a few minutes and he enthusiastically recommended this cheese. When I served it at my Easter party, everyone said it was by far the best cheddar they have ever had. Unfortunately, I am eating it every night...I gotta cut back!!!

This cheese wheel is without a doubt the best I have had. It cost a little more but the taste is worth every extra penney and more.
