Billings Farm Cheddar Cheese

Four varieties of Billings Farm Cheddar are made exclusively from the raw milk of our award-winning Jersey cows. Begun nearly 150 years ago with animals imported directly from the Isle of Jersey, our herd is one of the finest Jersey herds in the nation. Known for their outstanding genetics and affectionate dispositions, our Jerseys produce milk that is creamy and high in fat, perfect for our cheese produced exclusively by Grafton Village Cheese Company in Grafton, Vermont. As a model farm, open to the public seven days a week,our cows each receive an abundance of attention from staff and visitors and enjoy well-ventilated barns, clean stalls, plenty of grazing pastures, and a high-quality diet.

  • Butter Cheddar, 8 oz. Bar - Butter Cheddar, also known as Butterkase, is mild and creamy. Known for its delicate flavor, it literally melts in your mouth at room temperature. Great for cooking!
  • Sweet Cheddar, 8 oz. Bar - Our Sweet Cheddar is popular for its firm, yet creamy, texture and pleasant, savory taste at room temperature. It is equally good on the cheese tray or for cooking.
  • Woodstock Reserve Cheddar, 8 oz. Bar -Aged for a minimum of 15 months, our Woodstock Reserve has a savory, full-flavor with a hint of sharpness. This is the perfect cheddar for casual eating and will make an impression at any dinner party!
