Joan's Kielbasa Grinders
  1. 2 rings kielbasa (1 1/2 lbs), sliced
  2. 2 onions, cut in strips
  3. 2 green peppers, cut in strips
Fry all together in a frying pan on medium heat, stirring frequently for about 20 minutes. Put this mixture on 1/2 cut round hard rolls, put a slice of tomato on top and sliced swiss cheese. Put under broiler until cheese is melted. Remove from boiler and add some lettuce on cheese. Top with the other half of roll.
