This is, by far, the BEST bacon I have ever had. The flavor is wonderful, smokey and savory! I have cooked the bacon for breakfast, as strips and sliced up for scrambled eggs. I have also used it wrapped on almond stuffed dates and I have made chocolate, maple and peanut butter bacon ice cream. (chocolate bacon is the best). I guarantee this will not be a disappointment. I have ordered this several times and have given out as gifts and it's loved by all that have tried it.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
When I cook this bacon the smoke scent fills the house and everyone comes running. This is by far the best bacon I have ever eaten bar none. I am health conscious so I trim the fat if the slices have too much. But I do that with all bacon. Even after trimming the bacon is still moist and delicious and it crisps beautifully.

My husband LOVES bacon! We used to buy bacon from the normal markets, but since trying the bacon from Dakin Farm, it is the only bacon we buy. I order 5 pounds at a time and it lasts a while. The bacon has a great smokey flavor and I love the thickness of each piece. There is such a meatiness to the bacon that we enjoy. 3 slices is plenty at one time. I love that it does not have an overwhelming saltiness.
