Vermont Origins Law - In accordance with the Vermont Origin Law we need to let you know that our buttermilk pancake mix comes from upstate New York. Our chef prepared sausage gravy, cranberry sausage stuffing, chili, soup, mac and cheese, quiche crust pizza, quiche and meat pie are all made exclusively for us, across Lake Champlain, in Plattsburgh New York; with ingredients from Dakin Farm. Our canned goods come from New England and our Summer Sausage from a Swiss village in Wisconsin. Our pork comes from the finest sources in North America then it is brought to our farm and smoked the old-fashioned way. All other products originate in Vermont unless otherwise stated.
