Dakin Farm Grade 'B' Syrup is primarily used for cooking or for adding natural flavor to further processed foods. If you are unsure what grade you prefer, we recommend Grade A medium.

Grade B will be out of stock until April 2014. Grade B is made at the end of the sugaring season and we anticipate our new crop will be ready to ship around the END of April, 2014.

Small glass sample jars shown on this site are used to accurately display the color of the various grades only. These small sample jars are not available for sale.
