Description
A concentrated form of Pure Vermont Maple Syrup whipped into an intensely sweet topping
It takes about two pounds of Pure Vermont Maple Syrup to make just one pound of our Pure Vermont Maple Butter; but is it ever worth it! The syrup is heated until it thickens then skillfully whipped into a pure maple spread with nothing added to spoil the intense, pure maple flavor. A delight for any maple lover served on toast, English muffins, cornbread, cookies, cupcakes or any place you might normally find ordinary white sugar frosting.

I grew up in upper New York State and reminder sugaring at a local farm. I now live in North Carolina and I still love this cream as do my children. Great on an english muffin and also grits!

We use it on toast and muffins. If you are going to buy some, buy 2 or 3 to save you from re-ordering! Trust me on this one. It even makes a spoon taste good.

This magnificent maple butter is heaven on toast, crackers (especially the Westminsters), or right out of the jar! The only problem is that it doesn't come in 10 gallon barrels. For now we'll have to do with multiple 16 oz. jars in the house at all times.
