over smoldering maplewood chips
for up to four hours, and transformed into a
smooth, smoky delicacy that’s both subtle
and flavorful. Sugarbush Farm’s Hickory and
Maple Smoked Cheese is smoked for 3 days
for a delightful, smooth cheese. Our Own
Dakin Farm Smoked Cheddar is bathed in a
cool smoke from smoldering corn cobs for six
hours taking on a golden bronze color and its
own uniquely delicious, bold flavor. Included are:
