The entire family loves this cheese for seasonal get togethers and for everyday use. I am remind constantly when the wheel shrinks too much to reorder NOW!

We have been buying Dakin Farm products for many years and this cheese is always high on the list. It never lasts past an appetizer course until we are ready to have to order again.
