Makes all my holidays easy and delicious...enjoyed by all my guests ALWAYS! The remaining bone and ham bits make delicious pea or bean soup that all the family returns for! I love to support the Vermont farms and businesses that I grew up with...they NEVER disappoint. Arrives carefully packaged...promptly and as expected. Look to Dakin always...their gifts for family and friends are also wonderful and much appreciated. They are like members of our family!!!

This ham goes on and on -- with noodles, with scrambled eggs, layered in eggs benedict. It maintains its flavor and texture for weeks after Easter dinner.
This will be my Easter Ham forever !!

We had this for Easter dinner and everyone loved it. The sandwiches afterward were so flavorful and then we even made the very last of it into bean soup. This was the first time there was only one bowl left for the next day!

Perfectly cob-smoked ham with lots of flavor and no fat. Very tender; not salty like some hams. Will be ordering again.
