Whenever I serve this to someone who hasn't had it before, I see the look in their face of, "...oh...ham...". After they take their first bite, the eyes just light up. It's the best!!!

Our family truly enjoyed this ham for dinner- very flavorful, and not at all salty. Leftovers were used in omelets, and for making homemade ham & bean soup, to which the bone lended a special touch to the stock. Absolutely yummy every time we ate it- whether it be as our main course for dinner, or when used in recipes.

This ham is so good, I've seen people do "double-takes". It's like they were expecting "ham", when they realize, OMG - this is wonderful!

I bought this ham for our Easter dinner. I ordered it in February for a March 28th delivery. It arrived right on time. When I saw it I was a little leary about it's size, wondering if I would have enough for four adults and two children but I was pleasantly surprised when we had more than enough for dinner and leftovers too. The ham was easy to prepare and the flavor was outstanding. I will definitely order this ham again - you just can't go wrong!!!

Oh my goodness! Where to begin. I bought two. One to share and one for my family of four to tackle! This is the best ham we've ever had. We love ours really smokey and Dakin's awesome manager double smoked ours and they were perfect. We could not be happier and we will never order another brand. They are worth every penny. Be on the lookout for that rare coupon code and buy one for now and one for the freezer. If you want holidays to be memorable, this ham is the answer. It was the most memorable flavor of the season for us. Love, love Dakin Farms!
