I was a little bit sceptical of ordering a ham online, but I'm sure glad that I did. This has to be one of the best hams that I've ever tasted. No one will be dissapointed with this product. Highly Recommended.

I wish the spiral slicing had been completed further back the shank of the ham. Left too much unsliced.

[...] easy to prepare (did not cook). VERY salty tasting; not as moist/juicy as expected; maple flavor not very pronounced.
