Discovered Dakin Farms on a trip back east and toured the facility. Tasted many types and grades this is hands down the best. great on the usual french toast etc. also good to add to recipes like baked beans to add a touch of maple flavor. Warms up nicely.

Everything was handled perfectly with the exception that I e-mailed you before purchase and no one ever answered back. I had a question regarding a new recipe that I was trying with sweet potatoes, maple syrup and lemon. I wasn't quite sure which "grade" to use. I went ahead and purchased the one I thought best and it turned out deliciously!!

This maple syrup has a really wonderful taste. I wasn't sure which grade to buy, but read in one description that if unsure, Grade A might be the best on to try. It seemed to be for us. Great flavor but not overpowering. We are really enjoying it on our pancakes.[...] Overall, we are very pleased with the product. We would definitely buy again and would recommend it to others who are looking for real maple syrup.

I always avoided maple syrup on my pancakes etc. - just give me butter. Then we visited family in New Hampshire. They made pancakes for breakfast and offered the Dakin amber medium syrup. I felt like I had to have some since they offered it to me and placed a small drop beside one of my pancakes so I could avoid the syrup as much as possible. So, I ate the pancakes and finally could no longer avoid the syrup and had to eat the rest of the pancake. I was flabbergasted the pancake was actually very good, I immediately asked for more pancakes and poured syrup all over them. Now I eat my pancakes with maple syrup - real amber medium maple syrup.
