Deliciously Moist and Maple-Glazed
When the occasion calls for a centerpiece that is magnificent, yet easy to serve, our spiral-sliced hams are the perfect choice. The boneless spiral offers the same great taste as our traditional bone-in spiral ham with no bone and no waste! In each lean and tender bite, you can taste the exquisite maple-glazed and cob-smoked flavor. Each 1/8" slice is joined in the middle to hold the shape of the ham. Fully cooked. Serve room temperature or gently warmed. Featured on the Food Channel as a "Food Find".
Estimate 1/4 lb per person buffet style or 1/2 lb per person for dinner, depending on appetites.
How to Serve Your Boneless Spiral-Sliced Dakin Farm Ham
Our Boneless Spiral-Sliced Hams are fully cooked, pre-sliced, and finished with our special maple glaze, making them easy to heat, slice, and serve.
To Serve Warm:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove all packaging and loosely wrap the ham in aluminum foil to help retain moisture and protect the maple glaze. Place in a roasting pan and warm for approximately 10 minutes per pound, or until heated through.
Avoid overheating, as this can dry out the delicate slices.
To Serve Cool or at Room Temperature:
Our Boneless Spiral-Sliced Ham is also delicious served cool or at room temperature. Simply separate the pre-cut slices and serve.
Dakin Farm Tip: Since your ham is already fully cooked, you're simply warming it—not cooking it. Gentle heating will help keep your ham tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
