  • 16 oz Package of Split Pea and Lentil Soup Mix
  • 2 Quarts of Water
  • 1 Ham Hock or 12 oz Cob-Smoked Kielbasa
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • Place all ingredients into a large pot and boil gently for 35-45 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add more water if needed. This recipe will serve 8.
