Blake Hillss Fine Jams for Cheese collection was created with the award-winning cheese makers at Jasper Hill Farm to perfectly compliment four different styles of cheese so that you are able to take your cheese tastings to a whole new, unforgettable level!

  • Raspberry Mostarda with Vermont Ice Cider, 10 oz. -Created with soft, bloomy rinded cheeses in mind. This jam highlights raspberry notes in supple bloomy rind cheeses with its decadent, luscious texture. Give it a try with Jasper Hill's Weybridge or Blythedale Farm Brie. (ingredients; Raspberries, cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, Heirloom Apple Ice Cider, ground mustard, pure apple pectin, red pepper flakes)
  • Apricot and Orange with Pure Clover Honey, 10 oz. -Summer apricots simmered among fresh oranges, local wildflower honey and ground coriander are featured in this deliciously fruity conserve. It boasts just a hint of bitter orange that compliment a deliciously pungent washed rind cheese perfectly. We also love a spoonful over a slice of Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar! (ingredients; Fruit (apricots, oranges), pure cane sugar, honey, spices (cinnamon, coriander))

Award-winning Jasper Hill Bayley Hazen Blue's fudge-like texture and toasted nut sweetness was the inspiration behind this incredibly luscious, elegantly spiced preserve.
